For the first time the largest cement forum BusinessCem Tashkent was held in October 2001 gathered more than 200 specialists from 20 countries. The interest to Central Asia region is still of great interest and we return to ancient and hospitable land of Uzbekistan.
The company «BusinessCem» (Russia) and JSC «Uzstrojmateriali» (Uzbekistan) are organisers of the BusinessCem Tashkent 2015.
Today Uzbekistan has the image of a strong, peaceful and dynamic developing state.
The cement industry of modern Uzbekistan is one of the priority sectors of the economy. Cement production increased from 3.28 Mt in 2000 to 7.35 Mt in 2014. According to forecasts cement production in Uzbekistan will grow annually by an average of 3.5% and will reach 8.9 Mt in 2019. These parameters are defined by the Programme of measures to ensure structural reforms, modernization and diversification of production in 2015-2019 years.
BusinessCem platform will provide conditions for solving of urgent problems for producers of cement and other building materials in Uzbekistan and CIS countries.
The main topic of the forum will be the strategic, technical upgrading of cement production at the modern stage of economic development of Uzbekistan and CIS countries.
